摘要
目的观察扶正消瘤方联合化疗治疗对胃癌术后患者血清肿瘤标记物水平的影响。方法将我院确诊并已接受根治术治疗的100例胃癌患者依术后不同治疗方式分为对照组与研究组各50例,对照组应用卡培他滨+奥沙利铂(XELOX)方案化疗,研究组在对对照组治疗基础上联合应用扶正消瘤方治疗。比较两组临床疗效;两组治疗前后相关肿瘤标记物指标血清糖类抗原199(CA199)及血清癌胚抗原(CEA)水平变化差异;两组治疗前后的症状评分水平变化差异。结果研究组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组相关肿瘤标记物指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后症状评分水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃癌术后患者使用化疗联合扶正消瘤方治疗,可显著提高患者的实体瘤疗效,降低患者的血清肿瘤标记物指标水平及其症状评分。
Objective To observe the effect of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction combined with chemotherapy on serum tumor marker levels in patients with gastric cancer after operation.Methods A total of 100 patients with gastric cancer underwent radical mastectomy were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different postoperative treatment methods.Control group received chemotherapy[capecitabine+oxaliplatin(XELOX)regimen];research group combined the treatment of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction.The efficacy of solid tumors,the changes in serum CA-199 and serum CEA levels of related tumor markers,the changes in the level of symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The efficacy in study group was higher than control group(P<0.05);the level of relevant tumor markers in study group was lower than control group after treatment(P<0.05);the symptom score level of study group after treatment was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of chemotherapy and Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of solid tumor,reduce the level of serum tumor markers,and reduce the symptom score of patients with gastric cancer.
