中医导引术八段锦训练对医学生心理适应的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Baduanjin Training of Traditional Chinese Medicine guidance technique on psychological adaptation of medical students

摘要 目的探究中医导引术八段锦训练对医学生心理适应的影响,为拓展心理适应育人途径提供新的思路。方法2019年4—6月,采用整班抽样的原则,随机抽取四川省某医科大学中西医临床医学大一学生共计10个班284人,以班级为单位随机分为训练组5个班140人和对照组5个班144人。对训练组进行为期10周的中医导引术训练,对照组不接受任何训练处理。实验结束后,使用《中国大学生适应量表》测试其心理适应水平,并对数据进行分析。结果被调查的医学生心理适应得分为210.01±32.01。人口学变量中独生子女与生源地因素对医学生心理适应有一定的影响作用,其中非独生子女心理适应得分(204.67±27.15)低于独生子女(215.13±27.70),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);农村学生心理适应得分(207.33±25.35)低于城市学生(214.45±31.08),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医导引术训练与医学生的性别、生源地、独生子女不存在交互作用(F=0.146,P>0.05,η^(2)_(p)=0.001)。训练组心理适应总分(214.238±2.374)、校园适应(29.174±0.380)、择业适应(32.895±0.415)、自我适应(28.146±0.410)得分与对照组比较(206.023±2.356、27.534±0.377、31.210±0.412、26.957±0.407),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论中医导引术训练可以提高医学生的心理适应水平,在高校推广导引术训练有一定意义。 Objective To explore the influence of Baduanjin Training of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)guidance technique on psychological adaptation of medical students,provide new ideas for expanding psychological adaptation and educating people.Methods Using the principle of whole class sampling,a total of 10 classes of 284 students were randomly selected from the firstyear students of Chinese and Western clinical medicine in a medical university in Sichuan Province from April to June 2019.Based on class units,they were randomly divided into 5 classes of 140 students in the experimental group and 5 classes of 144 students in the control group.The experimental group was given a ten-week training of TCM guidance technique,and the control group did not receive any training.After the experiment,the Chinese College Student Adaptation Scale was used to test the level of psychological adaptation,and the data were analyzed.Results The psychological adaptation score of medical students surveyed was 210.01±32.01.Among the demographic variables,only-child and birthplace factors had a certain effect on the psychological adaptation of medical students.The psychological adaptation score of non-only-child students(204.67±27.15)was lower than that of only-child students(215.13±27.70),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological adaptation score of rural students(207.33±25.35)was lower than that of urban students(214.45±31.08),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no interaction between TCM guidance training and medical students'gender,birthplace and only-child(F=0.146,P>0.05,η^(2)_(p)=0.001).The total score of psychological adaptation(214.238±2.374),and the score of campus adaptation(29.174±0.380),career adaptation(32.895±0.415),and self-adaptation(28.146±0.410)in the experimental group had the statistically significant differences as compared with those in the control group(206.023±2.356,27.534±0.377,31.210±0.412,26.957±0.407)(all P<0.05).Conclusion TCM guidance training can improve the psychological adaptation level of medical students,and it is of significance to promote guidance training in colleges and universities.
