摘要
为了解部分市售药材受重金属污染状况,测定了某省市售丹参、白芍、甘草、金银花、山楂中Pb、Cd、Hg、As、Cu的含量,并依据《药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准》表征药材样品中重金属污染程度,采用US EPA评价模型对试样进行了健康风险评估。结果表明:研究样本对重金属的富集能力存在差异,药材受Pb、Cd污染污染程度不同,但超标不显著。草本药用植物中重金属的累积受重金属类别影响,不同药材中重金属平均含量存在差异性。白芍、甘草、金银花的TTHQ均>1,可能会存在一定程度的健康风险,但不存在慢性毒性效应。白芍、甘草、金银花中As的贡献率最大,对人体构成一定的潜在健康风险,研究结果仅作为判断研究对象对人体健康风险的粗略参考。
To understand traditional herbal medicinal plants sold by heavy metal pollution status,the determination of some provinces and cities to the sale of heavy metal content in the root of herbaceous peony licorice honeysuckle hawthorn salvia miltiorrhiza(Pb Cd Hg As Cu)on the basis of medicinal plants and the preparations of"green trade standards of foreign trade and economic cooperation degree of heavy metal pollution in characterization of medicinal materials samples,using the US environmental protection agency(US EPA)health risk assessment model recommended by the health risk assessment was carried out on the sample.The results showed that the enrichment capacity of heavy metals in the study samples was different,and the pollution degree of the medicinal materials was different by Pb and CD,but the excess of the standard was not significant.The accumulation of heavy metals in herbal medicine plants is affected by the heavy metal categories.The average content of heavy metals in different herbs is different and identical.Tthq of peony,licorice and honeysuckle were all more than 1,which may have some health risks,but there was no chronic toxicity effect.The as contribution rate of peony,licorice and honeysuckle is the largest,which is a potential health risk to human body.Considering the wide range of heavy metal intake pathway,the results are only used as a rough reference for judging the risk of human health.
