摘要
粤港澳大湾区是我国经济最活跃、对外开放程度最高的区域,同时也是"一带一路"物流服务核心枢纽之一。本文对"一带一路"下粤港澳大湾区港口物流问题进行分析,研究表明:粤港澳大湾区城市群优势互补。在"一带一路"背景下外贸推动了港口物流的发展,有其独特的竞争优势;但粤港澳大湾区的物流发展存在资源配置优化不足、同质化竞争、人才匮乏与机制创新不足等问题。本文从优化港口资源配置、创新体制机制改革、培养港口物流专业人才、加快智慧港口建设等方面对促进港口物流发展提出建议,为大湾区港口物流发展提供一定借鉴。
The Guangdong-hong Kong-macao Greater Bay Area is the region with the most active economy and the highest degree of opening to the outside world, and it is also one of the core logistics service hubs of the "the Belt and Road ".This paper analyzes the port logistics problems in the Guangdong-hong Kong-macao Greater Bay Area under the "the Belt and Road ". The research shows that the urban agglomerations in the Guangdong-hong Kong-macao Greater Bay Area complement each other’s advantages. Under the background of "the Belt and Road", foreign trade has promoted the development of port logistics and has its unique competitive advantages. However, the logistics development of the Guangdong-hong Kong-macao Greater Bay Area has problems such as insufficient resource allocation optimization, homogeneous competition,lack of talents and insufficient mechanism innovation. This paper proposes suggestions to promote the development of port logistics from the aspects of optimizing port resource allocation, innovating system and mechanism reform, training port logistics professionals, and accelerating the construction of smart ports, so as to provide a certain reference for the development of port logistics in the Greater Bay Area.
