摘要
为了解决设备管理面临的数据检索困难和维修工作自动化程度低的问题,田湾核电站研究利用数据检索技术和工业互联网平台技术,建立智能化设备数据检索平台,汇聚设备数据并建立索引,提供设备数据服务并快速获取设备数据信息,减少用户搜索设备数据的时间。通过设计基于工业互联网技术的智能维修应用,建立起智能维修支持系统、智能化辅助管控系统、数字化工作包、大修指挥中心(OCC)管理驾驶窗、4D大修管理平台等智能化应用平台,实现更主动、智能、高效的设备管理技术平台。通过对数据检索技术与工业互联网技术的研究,可实现简单、快捷的数据查询利用和智能化设备管理应用,对于未来广泛的智能应用场景具有参考意义。
In order to solve the difficulty of data retrieval in equipment management and the low automation of maintenance work faced by equipment management,Tianwan Nuclear Power Station researches and uses data retrieval technology and industrial Internet platform technology to establish an intelligent equipment data retrieval platform.Device data is collected,indexes are built,device data services are provided,device data information can be quickly obtained,and the time for users to search device data is reduced.Through the design of intelligent maintenance applications based on industrial Internet technology,intelligent application platforms such as intelligent maintenance support systems,intelligent auxiliary control systems,digital work packages,overhaul command center(OCC)management driving windows,and 4D overhaul management platforms are established.A more active,intelligent and efficient equipment management technology platform is realized.Through the research on data retrieval technology and industrial Internet technology,simple and fast data query utilization and intelligent equipment management application can be realized,which has reference significance for a wide range of intelligent application scenarios in the future.
