摘要
目的分析针刺联合补中益气汤对老年后路单节段椎体间融合术后凝血状态的影响。方法80例腰椎退变需要手术的老年患者,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。两组患者均予以后路单节段椎体间融合术治疗,对照组采用物理预防深静脉血栓,观察组采用物理预防配合针刺、补中益气汤治疗。比较两组患者出血、血栓事件发生情况及术后恢复时间。结果观察组患者的出血、血栓事件发生率为0,低于对照组的10.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的腹胀缓解时间(16.02±2.20)h、肠鸣音恢复时间(14.05±2.20)h、首次排气时间(24.20±3.30)h以及首次排便时间(26.20±2.50)h均明显短于对照组的(22.20±2.50)、(18.50±2.50)、(35.50±4.50)、(38.60±3.50)h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合补中益气汤对老年腰椎融合术后凝血状态的改善效果理想,可以预防和减少出血与血栓风险,加速患者康复。
Objective To analyze the effects of acupuncture combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the coagulation status after single-segment posterior lumbar interbody fusion in elderly patients.Methods 80 elderly patients with lumbar degeneration requiring a surgery were selected for this study.They were divided into an observation group and a control group based on the order of admission,with 40 patients in each group.Each patient in both groups was treated with a single-segment posterior lumbar interbody fusion.Patients in the control group were physically prevented from deep vein thrombosis,while patients in the observation group were treated with physical prevention combined with acupuncture and Buzhong Yiqi decoction.The incidence of bleeding,the incidence of thrombosis and postoperative recovery time were compared between these two groups.Results The incidence of bleeding and the incidence of thrombosis for patients in the observation group were 0,which was lower than 10.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group had a relief time of abdominal distension of(16.02±2.20)h,a bowel sounds recovery time of(14.05±2.20)h,the first exhaust time of(24.20±3.30)h,and the first defecation time of(24.20±3.30)h,which were significantly shorter than,(22.20±2.50),(18.50±2.50),(35.50±4.50)and(38.60±3.50)h in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction have an ideal improvement of coagulation status after lumbar fusion in the elderly patients.Specifically,it can prevent and reduce the risk of bleeding and thrombosis,and accelerate the recovery of patients.
