摘要
知识经济时代,企业的发展速度与质量受人力资源的直接影响。通过人力资源管理工作的实施,能够从人才角度推动企业核心竞争力的提升。近些年,社会经济的快速增长促进了企业的发展,但部分企业将市场规模、经营业绩等作为关注的重点,没有同步提升人力资源管理水平,导致诸多问题存在于人才引进、培养等环节,对企业的长远发展造成阻碍。针对此,企业需大力优化人力资源管理体系,切实发挥人力资源管理的价值和作用。
In the era of knowledge economy,the development speed and quality of enterprises are directly affected by human resources.Through the implementation of human resource management,it can promote the improvement of the core competitiveness of the enterprise from the perspective of talents.In recent years,the rapid social and economic growth has promoted the development of enterprises,but some enterprises have focused on market scale and business performance,and have not simultaneously improved the level of human resources management,which has caused many problems in the introduction and training of talents.It hinders the long-term development of the enterprise.In response to this,companies need to vigorously optimize the human resource management system,and give full play to the value and role of human resource management.
