摘要
为使乘用车满足国家相关排放法规的要求,同时使涡轮增压器具有低速大扭矩、快速瞬态响应性与优异的NVH性能,提出一种基于TRIZ理论的涡轮增压器降噪方法。根据增压器噪声产生的原理,进行问题矛盾分析。利用改变物理或化学参数原理、预先作用原理、分割原理、九屏幕分析法等方式锁定噪声产生的源头,并提出相应改进方案。结果表明:采用TRIZ理论分析法,可以降低生产成本、提升质量、增加经济效益与市场效益。
In order to make passenger cars meet the requirements of national emission regulations,and make turbochargers have low speed and high torque,fast transient response and excellent NVH performance,a noise reduction method for turbochargers based on TRIZ theory was proposed.Through the principle of turbocharger noise generation,the problem contradiction was analyzed.By using the changing physical or chemical parameters principle,the preaction principle,the segmentation principle,nine screen analysis and other ways to lock in the source of noise,the corresponding improvement scheme was put forward.The results show that by using the TRIZ theoretical analysis method,production costs can be reduced,quality can be improved,economic benefits and market benefits can be increased.
