摘要
本文在系统分析盐田港公路集疏港现状问题、充分识别城市发展及相关规划诉求和深入研判盐田港公路集疏运发展趋势的基础上,基于“运力共享、挂箱同场、立体复合”的发展思路,提出集疏港公共挂车池建设新模式。并根据盐田港拖车停放及堆场用地需求,测算试点公共挂车池用地规模。预期评估结果表明,试点公共挂车池建设对于缓解港城矛盾,促进运输结构优化,降低物流运输企业成本等方面具有重要作用。
After systematically analyzed the current situation of Yantian Port highway collection and distribution,as well as fully identified city development and related planning requirements,we deeply discussed the development trend of Yantian Port highway collection and distribution.Based on the development ideas-"transport capacity sharing,container and container chassis on the same place,and three-dimensional complex",this paper proposed a new construction mode for public chassis pools of port collection and distribution.The land scale of the pilot public chassis pool is estimated according to the land demand for trailer parking and storage yard of Yantian Port.Expected evaluation results show that the construction of the pilot public chassis pool plays an important role in alleviating conflicts between port and city,promoting the optimization of the transportation structure,and reducing the cost of logistics enterprises.
