摘要
梳理了“新商科”的研究进展,分析了岭南师范学院“商科”建设现状及商科毕业生就业特点。为落实岭南师范学院“兴商科”办学理念,基于“新商科”和学生就业对商科人才培养的要求,提出“新商科”建设与改革,并从具体建设与改革内容、目标、拟解决的关键问题等方面进行了探讨。
This paper reviews the progress of"New Business"and analyzes the current situation of"business major"construction in Lingnan Normal University and the employment characteristics of business graduates.In order to implement the school running idea of"Prospering Business"in our university,based on the requirements of"New Business"and students’employment for business talents training,suggestions are put forward to construct and reform"New Business",by probing into its specific contents,objectives,key problems to be solved,etc.
