摘要
国医大师周信有教授医术精湛,擅长治疗肝胆、脾胃、血液等病。本文总结了周老治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的学术思想和临证经验,认为其病机主要为湿热毒邪、正虚血瘀,病变涉及肝、脾、肾等脏,体现出虚实夹杂、正虚邪实的病理特点,治疗以清解、补虚、祛瘀三法互参,达到祛邪扶正目的。
National TCM master Zhou Xinyou is famous for his excellent medicine skills and is good at treating diseases of liver,gall bladder,spleen,stomach,and blood.This article summarized the academic thought and clinical experience of master Zhou in treating chronic viral hepatitis B.Master Zhou holds that the pathogenesis of chronic viral hepatitis B are mainly damp-heat and toxin,deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis,and the pathological changes involve liver,spleen and kidney,which shows the pathological characteristics of intermingled deficiency and excess,deficiency of vital qi and excess of pathogen.Therefore,therapeutic methods of clearing away,reinforcing deficiency and removing blood stasis can be used to eliminate pathogen and strengthen the body.
