“课程思政”理念融入急诊医学教学改革初探 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究"课程思政"理念融入急诊医学教学改革的有效性,明确"课程思政"理念运用在急诊医学专业教学中的作用和价值。方法对我院两个小组学生进行急诊医学专业教学,分组实施不同的教学模式,即实验组与常规组,两个小组学生数量相同,均是50名。对两组的教学效果进行统计分析,评估课程思政与医学教学融合的价值。结果实验组学生给予教学满意度评价效果好于常规组学生(P<0.05);实验组学生考试成绩如下:道德修养(8.3±0.3)分、责任心(7.5±0.4)分、学习主动性(8.2±0.6)分、差错率(2.7±0.5)%;常规组学生考试成绩如下:道德修养(6.6±0.3)分、责任心(6.1±0.1)分、学习主动性(6.9±0.8)分、差错率(4.5±0.2)%。经过对比,实验组学生在道德修养、责任心和学习主动性方面,平均分数较常规组学生高(P<0.05);经过比较,实验组学生综合能力培养效果好于常规组学生。结论"课程思政"理念运用在急诊医学专业教学中取得良好的教学成效,便于加深学生对知识点掌握,树立学生职业精神,提高学生医学专业技能,继而培养优秀的医学专业人才。 Objective To study the effectiveness of integrating the concept of"curriculum ideological and political"into the teaching reform of emergency medicine,and to clarify the role and value of the concept of"curriculum ideological and political"in the teaching of emergency medicine.Methods Two groups of students in our hospital were divided into experimental group and conventional group,with 50 students in each group.The teaching effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed to evaluate the value of the integration of Ideological and political education and medical teaching.Results The effect of teaching satisfaction evaluation of the experimental group was better than that of the conventional group;the test scores of the experimental group were as follows:moral cultivation(8.3±0.3)points,sense of responsibility(7.5±0.4)points,learning initiative(8.2±0.6)points,error rate(2.7±0.5)%;the test scores of the conventional group were as follows:moral cultivation(6.6±0.3)points,sense of responsibility(6.1±0.1)points,learning initiative(6.9±0.8)points and error rate(4.5±0.2)%.After comparison,the experimental group students in moral cultivation,responsibility and learning initiative,the average score was higher than the conventional group students(P<0.05);after comparison,the experimental group students'comprehensive ability training effect was better than the conventional group students.Conclusion In this study,the concept of"curriculum ideological and political"has achieved good teaching results in emergency medicine teaching,which is conducive to deepen students'mastery of knowledge points,establish students'professionalism,improve students'medical professional skills,and then cultivate excellent medical professionals.
