摘要
目的讨论移动互联网随访模式干预下对早产儿的随访情况、神经发育及体格发育的影响。方法随机抽取2019年1月—12月本院新生儿科收治的低危组及高危组早产儿各100例。低危组及高危组患儿均再随机分为观察组及对照组各50例。观察组患儿采用门诊随访+电话+移动互联网的新型随访模式,对照组仅采用门诊随访+电话的传统随访模式,观察各组的随访、体格发育及神经发育情况。结果除两低危组的体格发育差异没有统计学意义外,观察组的总随访率高于对照组,两高危组的体格发育指标观察组显著高于对照组,两高危组中的神经发育商值观察组显著高于对照组,两低危组种的神经发育商值观察组显著高于对照组,并且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论移动互联网随访模式能够提高早产儿的随访率,并且促进其体格及智能的发育。
Objective To discuss the influence of mobile Internet follow-up mode on the follow-up,neurodevelopment and physical development of preterm infants. Methods 100 preterm infants in the low-risk group and the high-risk group were randomly selected from January to December 2019, 100 cases respectively. The low-risk group and high-risk group were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The observation group adopted the new follow-up mode of outpatient follow- up + telephone + mobile Internet, while the control group only adopted the traditional follow-up mode of outpatient follow-up + telephone. The follow-up, physical development and neurodevelopment of each group were observed. Results Except that there was no significant difference in physical development between the two low-risk groups, the total follow-up rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the physical development indexes of the two high-risk groups in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the nerve development quotient value of the two low-risk groups was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0 05). Conclusion Mobile Internet follow-up mode can improve the follow-up rate of premature infants, and promote their physical and intellectual development.
