摘要
为充分发挥铁路货物运输优势,促进铁路与地方协同发展,分析冠县铁路内陆港物流园概况和功能定位,结合物流园车流特点、运输径路、既有地形特点和货流吸引范围,按照“安全运输、取送车径路顺畅、作业分工明确”的原则,经综合比选确定科学合理的选址方案。在此基础上,从空间规划结构、城市规划、外部交通能力、运输组织、物流组织等方面综合考虑,提出铁路集运中心集中布置、铁路集运中心分散布置2个方案,经综合比选,推荐采用铁路集运中心分散布置方案,有利于各功能区协同发展,更好地发挥综合运输优势。
This study aims to give full play to the advantages of railway freight transportation and promote the coordinated development of railways and the local economy.The basic situation and the functional orientation were analyzed regarding the logistics park in the inland port of Guanxian Railway.In line with the principle of“safe transportation,smooth route for pickup and delivery,and clear division of labor,”a scientific and reasonable site selection scheme was determined,with the traffic flow characteristics at the logistics park,transportation routes,terrain characteristics and attraction range of cargo flow taken into account.Two options,the centralized layout and the decentralized layout of railway freight consolidation centers,were proposed after the comprehensive consideration of the spatial planning structure,urban planning,external traffic capacity,transportation organization,logistic organization,etc.The decentralized layout plan is recommended according to comprehensive comparison and selection,which is conducive to the coordinated development of various functional areas and better utilizes the advantage of comprehensive transportation.
