摘要
混流式水轮机转轮止漏环间隙值对机组运行时的水推力、容积损失、止漏环后的水压力等有较大影响,水轮机相关标准规定转轮原型止漏环间隙一般应不超过按模型转轮比例换算的间隙值,但也不应小于满足结构和刚度要求的最小值。文中给出了白鹤滩右岸电站转轮、顶盖、基础环刚强度计算和主轴挠度的计算结果。
The clearance value of runner sealing ring of Francis turbine has great influence on the hydraulic thrust,volume loss and water pressure behind the sealing ring during the operation of the unit.According to the relevant standards of hydraulic turbine,the clearance of the prototype runner sealing ring shall not exceed the clearance value converted according to the proportion of model runner,but shall not be less than the minimum value meeting the requirements of structure and stiffness.This paper presents the calculation results of the rigidity of the runner,top cover,foundation ring and main shaft deflection of the Baihetan right bank power station.
