摘要 在小直径厚壁筒体的卷制成形过程中,因筒体直径小、材料屈服强度高、筒体长度大等原因需很大的卷制压力,卷板机辊轴变形使筒体端部被压成局部凸鼓状。筒体变形后,通过局部修割尺寸、焊接后校圆压制,有效处理了该筒体的变形。通过对该小直径厚壁筒体的卷制成形存在问题的原因分析和处理,为类似产品的成形工艺提供参考。 This paper introduces the problems in the rolling process of small diameter thick-walled cylinders.Due to the small diameter of the cylinder,the high yield strength of the material,and the large length of the cylinder,a large rolling pressure is required.During the rolling process,the roller of the bending machine deforms,which presses the end of the cylinder into a local convex drum shape.After the cylinder is deformed,it is partially trimmed to size,and then rounded and pressed after welding,which effectively handles the deformation of the cylinder.Through the cause analysis and treatment of the problems in the rolling of the small-diameter thick-walled cylinder,it provides a reference for the forming process of similar products.
