镍钼厂砷污染土壤的淋洗修复研究 被引量:3

摘要 以镍钼厂砷污染土壤为研究对象开展淋洗修复试验,选用柠檬酸、草酸、磷酸氢二胺、乙酸铵、氢氧化钠和抗坏血酸等淋洗剂对砷污染土壤进行单一及复合淋洗效果研究,针对淋洗次数、pH值和淋洗剂浓度等因素对淋洗效果的影响进行了分析,并根据单一淋洗修复效果开展复合淋洗研究。试验数据表明:在同一浓度下,当淋洗时间为4 h,固液比为1∶10时,草酸对砷淋洗效果最好,对砷的去除率可达55.8%;组合试验中,当草酸-抗坏血酸比例为9∶1、淋洗时间为4 h、固液比为1∶10时,对砷的淋洗效果最好,去除效率可达85.4%。 Leaching and remediation experiments were carried out on the arsenic-contaminated soil of the nickel-molybdenum plant as the research object.Eluents such as citric acid,oxalic acid,diamine hydrogen phosphate,ammonium acetate,sodium hydroxide and ascorbic acid were used to conduct single and compound leaching effects on arsenic-contaminated soil.The influence of factors such as the number of leaching,pH and concentration of the leaching agent on the leaching effect was analyzed,and the composite leaching research was carried out based on the single leaching repair effect.The test data shows that under the same concentration,when the leaching time is 4 h and the solid-liquid ratio is 1∶10,oxalic acid has the best leaching effect on arsenic,and the removal rate of arsenic can reach 55.8%.In the combined test,when the ratio of oxalic acid-ascorbic acid is 9∶1,the leaching time is 4 h,and the solid-liquid ratio is 1∶10,the leaching effect of arsenic is the best,and the removal efficiency can reach 85.4%.
