摘要
采用萃取法回收废水中的锌得到电解锌锭,再通过高效MVR浓缩结晶系统回收废水中的盐得到工业盐产品。整个工艺过程工业化实现简单,生产稳定可靠。该工艺萃取采用P204萃取剂(稀释剂为260^(#)煤油)对含锌废水中锌进行萃取,通过锌电解贫液对P204进行反萃后得到硫酸锌溶液,硫酸锌作为电解锌的富锌液进行电积得到金属锌。萃取完锌的水溶液再经过净化处理,进入高效MVR蒸发结晶系统回收废水中的钾、钠得到产品钾盐和钠盐。废水通过MVR蒸发结晶系统后变成蒸馏水回生产系统回用。
The zinc in waste water was recovered by extraction method to obtain electrolytic zinc ingot,and then the salt in waste water was recovered by efficient MVR concentration crystallization system to obtain industrial salt products.The industrialization of the whole process is simple and the production is stable and reliable.In this process,P204 extraction agent(diluent is 260#kerosene)is used to extract zinc from the zinc containing wastewater.P204 is back-extracted through zinc electrolysis solution to obtain zinc sulfate solution.Zinc sulfate is used as the zinc rich solution of electrolysis zinc for electrodeposition to obtain metallic zinc.After the aqueous solution of zinc extraction is purified,potassium salt and sodium salt are recovered in the high-efficiency MVR evaporative crystallization system.After passing through the MVR evaporative crystallization system,the waste water is turned into distilled water and returned to the production system for reuse.
