玫瑰痤疮发病机制研究进展 被引量:29

摘要 玫瑰痤疮是一种常见的慢性面部皮肤炎症,其具体发病机制目前尚未完全阐明。临床和基础的研究提示该病主要与遗传、免疫及神经血管功能紊乱密切相关,外界中如微生物、紫外线等诱发因素可以诱发并加重疾病,这些发病因素可以单独也可以共同参与疾病的发生。本文就近期有关玫瑰痤疮发病机制的研究进展进行总结,以期为今后进一步的疾病研究提供参考。 Rosacea is a common and chronic facial inflammation skin disease.The precise pathogenesis of rosacea has not been fully elucidated.It is suggested that genetic,immune and neurovascular disorders are closely related to the disease,and external factors including microorganisms and ultraviolet rays can induce and aggravate rosacea.These factors usually participate in the occurrence of rosacea alone or together.This paper summarized and analyzed its pathogenesis.
