摘要
提出了一种圆盘式Halbach阵列结构轴向永磁轴承,该结构能大幅度减少永磁轴承的轴向尺寸。首先基于两个不同截面长方体永磁体的磁力解析模型,根据刚度定义由该磁力解析模型推导出其刚度解析模型。根据叠加原理得到圆盘式Halbach阵列轴向永磁轴承的磁力刚度解析模型,分析了磁力刚度与永磁轴承结构参数的关系。Ansys的仿真结果表明该磁力解析模型准确度较高,刚度解析模型能够解决Ansys仿真精度不够无法得到可靠的刚度值问题。
A new type of disk-type Halbach array axial permanent magnetic bearing is proposed,which can greatly reduce the axial dimension of the permanent magnetic bearing.Firstly,based on the magnetic charge method and virtual displacement method,the magnetic analytical model of the permanent magnet with rectangular cross-section was obtained,the analytical model of the rigidity was derived from the magnetic analytical model according to the definition of stiffness.Further,through the principle of superposition,an analytical model of the magnetic stiffness of the disk-type Halbach array axial permanent magnetic bearing was obtained,and the relationship between the magnetic stiffness and the structural parameters of the permanent magnetic bearing was analyzed.The Ansys simulation results show that the magnetic force analysis model has high accuracy.The stiffness analysis model can solve the problem that Ansys simulation accuracy is not enough to obtain reliable stiffness values.
