摘要
针对残膜卷入农机导致轴承损坏的问题,分析了残膜缠绕农机轴承的机理,提出增加防护罩来增强农机轴承防残膜缠绕能力。并以联合整地机碎土器和震压轮轴承为例,介绍了防残膜缠绕集成式农机轴承设计方案,同时改进密封结构。改进后的设计方案可有效减少残膜对轴承的缠绕,应用效果良好。
Aimed at damage of bearings caused by residual film winding on agricultural machinery,the mechanism of residual film winding on agricultural bearings is analyzed,and the idea is put forward adding a protective cover to prevent residual film winding.Taking the bearings for soil pulverizer and vibrating roller of combined soil preparation machine as examples,the design scheme of anti-residual film winding integrated agricultural bearings is introduced,and the sealing structure is improved at the same time.The improved design scheme reduces the winding of residual film on the bearings effectively,and the application effect is good.
