摘要
目的分析住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)基地中口腔住院医师对医院感染(简称院感)认知的现状与需求,提出切实有效的提升方法及建议。方法采用问卷调查的形式,使用自制的调查问卷对在培的住院医师120人进行院感知识水平调查,同时了解住院医师的院感培训需求。结果全体住院医师对于院感基本知识以及手卫生相关知识掌握较好,知晓率超过80%;不同年级住院医师对于职业防护、传染病上报、医疗垃圾分类等知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同类型住院医师对于职业防护、医疗垃圾处理流程等知识的知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,95.9%的住院医师认为需要进行院感知识的培训学习。结论住院医师对院感认知程度不一,院感知识水平尚待提高,同时住院医师要求进行院感知识培训的意愿较强烈。根据住院医师院感知识掌握情况有针对性地开展培训,从而更好地提高其院感知识水平。
Objective This study was aimed to introduce the current situation and needs of oral standardized residency training students on hospital infection in our hospital,and to further come up with the corresponding more effective improvement methods and suggestions.Methods In the form of questionnaire,the self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a survey on the level of hospital infection knowledge among 120 standardized residency training students of our own hospital,while looking into the needs of residents on the corresponding hospital infection training.Results In general,all residents had a good grasp of the basic knowledge of hospital infection and hand hygiene,with the awareness rate exceeding 80%.Furthermore,residents of different grades had significant differences in the awareness rate of occupational protection,infectious disease reporting,medical waste classification,etc.(P<0.05).In other respects,the awareness rates of different types of residents on occupational protection and medical waste disposal process showed significant differences(P<0.05).In addition,95.9%of the residents believed that it was necessary to learn the knowledge of hospital infection during the standardized residency training.Conclusions Residents have varying degrees of cognition of hospital infection,and their corresponding knowledge level about hospital infection still need to be improved.In addition,the residents themselves have a strong willingness to undergo training on hospital infection.According to the residents'situation,we will carry out targeted training of hospital infection for residents so as to better improve their knowledge level of hospital infection.
