摘要
锥度数值绝对值越接近零,越能反应制造工艺控制的精确性及技术先进性。实验通过分别调整带束层、冠带层、胎面单个材料偏心量进行研究其对锥度的影响。为了避免硫化过程因素及检测设备差异性影响,实验轮胎统一在同一个模具中硫化,检测使用同一台均匀性检测机。带束层及胎面复合件中心与胎体筒中心偏差对锥度的影响程度较大,在制造过程中需要重点控制。
The closer the absolute value of the taper value is to zero,the more it reflects the accuracy of manufacturing process control and technological advancement.In the experiment,the influence of the eccentricity of the belt layer,cap layer and tread on the taper is studied.In order to avoid the influence of vulcanization process factors and the difference of testing equipment,the experimental tires are vulcanized in the same mold,and the same uniformity testing machine is used for testing.The deviation between the center of the belt layer and the tread composite part and the center of the carcass tube has a greater influence on the taper,which needs to be controlled in the manufacturing process.
