摘要
综述了提高钢铁材料性能的马氏体钢中下贝氏体/马氏体(B_(L)/M)和残留奥氏体/马氏体(A_(R)/M)复相组织的调控方法及其强韧化机理等方面的研究进展。针对贝氏体等温淬火、淬火-配分(Q&P)、淬火-配分-回火(Q-P-T)等新型热处理工艺对微观组织特征和力学性能影响的研究现状进行了总结,并分析了钢铁材料复相组织调控工业化应用需重点突破的问题。
The research progress of the lower bainite/martensite(B_(L)/M)and retained austenite/martensite(A_(R)/M)multiphase controlling methods to improve the properties of steels and the corresponding strengthening and toughening mechanisms were summarized in detail.The new heat treatment methods such as bainite isothermal quenching,quenching&partitioning(Q&P),quenching-partitioning-tempering(Q-P-T)were introduced.Also,the effects of multiphase controlling methods on microstructural characteristics and mechanical properties,as well as the key breakthrough problems in industrial application of the new heat treatments,were analyzed.
