非编码RNA MALAT1和ANRIL在卵巢癌患者组织中的表达情况及与临床病理的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)中的肺腺癌转移相关转录本1(MALAT1)和INK4位点反义非编码RNA(ANRIL)在卵巢癌组织中的表达及与临床病理的关系。方法选取2012年12月至2015年2月在青海省妇女儿童医院行手术切除的87例卵巢癌患者纳入试验组,另选取同期行子宫全切+单侧(或双侧)附件切除术的79例子宫肌瘤患者纳入对照组。检测两组MALAT1、ANRIL表达水平,并分析其与卵巢癌临床病理特征及生存状况的关系;采用COX回归分析影响卵巢癌的预后因素。结果试验组MALAT1、ANRIL表达均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);卵巢癌患者癌组织中MALAT1、ANRIL表达与FIGO分期、淋巴结转移和组织分期有关(P<0.05);MALAT1高表达、ANRIL高表达均是影响卵巢癌患者预后的危险因素;MALAT1、ANRIL高表达患者的生存率均明显低于低表达患者(P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌组织中MALAT1、ANRIL均呈高表达,均与FIGO分期、淋巴结转移和组织分期及预后密切相关,可能为卵巢癌的预后治疗提供帮助。 Objective To study the expressions of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) in metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1(MALAT1) and antisense non-coding RNA in the INK4 locus(ANRIL) in ovarian cancer tissues and its relationship with clinicopathology. Methods From December 2012 to February 2015, 87 patients with ovarian cancer who underwent surgical resection in Qinghai Women′s and Children′s Hospital were included in the experimental group. In addition, 79 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent total hysterectomy and unilateral(or bilateral) appendectomy at the same time were included in the control group. The expressions of MALAT1 and ANRIL were detected, and their relationship with clinicopathological features and survival status were analyzed;analysis of prognostic factors of ovarian cancer by COX regression. Results The expressions of MALAT1 and ANRIL in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The expressions of MALAT1 and ANRIL in ovarian cancer tissues were correlated with FIGO stage, lymph node metastasis and histological grade(P<0.05). The high expressions of MALAT1 and ANRIL were the risk factors affecting the prognosis of ovarian cancer patients. The survival rates of patients with high expressions of MALAT1 and ANRIL were significantly lower than those with low expressions(P<0.05). Conclusions Both MALAT1 and ANRIL are highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissues, which are closely related to FIGO stage, lymph node metastasis, tissue stage and prognosis, and may provide help for the prognosis treatment of ovarian cancer.
