摘要
采用聚合物中空微球部分替代白炭黑,研究了聚合物中空微球替代量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着聚合物中空微球替代量的增大,复合材料的加工性能提高,填料分散性变好,力学性能中强度降低,拉断伸长率变化不大,磨耗性能降低;聚合物中空微球可以提升胶料的动态力学性能,且低含量时效果更优。
Using hollow polymetric microspheres to replace white carbon black partially,the effects of the replacement amount of hollow polymetric microspheres on the properties of composite materials were studied.The results showed that,as the replacement amount of hollow polymetric microspheres increased,the processing properties of the composites improved,the filler dispersibility became better,the strength of the composite materials decreased,the elongation at break increased,the abrasion property decreased.Hollow polymetric microspheres improved the dynamic mechanical properties of composite materials,and the effect was better in low content.
