摘要
实现全人类种族平等是现代奥林匹克运动会创办者的终极理想。针对当前体育运动领域特别是青年人喜爱的体育运动领域常受到各种形式的种族歧视行为和言语干扰的事实,国际奥委会把握住了青年人可塑性、心地至纯、开放、崇拜偶像等优点,创办了青奥会。青奥会在举办体育竞技比赛的同时,把文化教育活动放在首位,旨在通过文化教育活动在青年人心中埋下种族平等的种子,并通过青年运动员的偶像作用,在全世界青年人中传播种族平等的信仰,从而进一步传播全人类种族平等的观念,逐渐、真正地实现种族平等。
It is an ultimate ideal for the modern Olympic Games’founder and the common ideal for human beings to achieve ra-cial equality in the world.Based on the fact that the sport fields especially the sport fields liked by young people are often dis-turbed by racialism’s deeds and words,and young people have the advantages of education acceptability,pure heart,open,idol worship and so on,the Youth Olympic Games have been foundered by the International Olympic Committee.When the competi-tive sports are held during the Youth Olympic Games,cultural and educational activities are kept first.Make sure that the seeds of racial equality are buried in young people with cultural and educational activities.In the meantime,the belief of racial equality is propagated among young people in the world with idol worship of young players.As a result,the idea of racial equality for hu-man beings is promoted further and racial equality in the world will be achieved gradually truly.
