摘要
目的:分析脊柱椎间孔镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果及对生活质量影响。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年6月于本院接收治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者78例作为研究对象,按照患者手术方式的不同分为观察组(脊柱椎间孔镜手术)和对照组(常规手术),对比分析两组治疗后的临床疗效、VAS、QOL评分、手术切口长度、术中出血量、术后首次下床时间。结果:与对照组比较,观察组临床疗效明显更高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);相较于对照组,观察组VAS评分明显更低,QOL评分明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,观察组手术切口明显更短,术中出血量更少,术后首次下床时间更早,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床治疗中,针对患者采取脊柱椎间孔镜手术治疗能够有效减轻患者术后疼痛,手术切口更小,更有利于缩短患者术后康复时间,相较于常规手术治疗更有利于提高患者术后生活质量,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and quality of life of lumbar disc herniation treated by spinal foramen surgery.Method:A total of 78 patients with lumbar disc herniation received in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as study subjects,they were divided into the observation groups (spinal foroscopic surgery) and the control group (routine surgery),and the clinical efficacy,VAS,QOL score,incision length,intraoperative bleeding,and first implantation time after the operation were analyzed.Result:Compared with the control group,the clinical effect of the observation group was higher,and the statistical difference was obvious (P<0.01).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the QOL score was higher,and the statistical differences were obvious (P<0.01);Compared with the control group,the surgical incision in the observation group was shorter,the intraoperative bleeding was less,and the first time after operation was earlier,the statistical differences were obvious (P<0.01).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation,spinal foramen surgery can effectively alleviate the postoperative pain,the surgical incision is smaller,and it is more helpful to shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time.Compared with routine surgical treatment,it is more helpful to improve the quality of life after operation.
