摘要
古琴养生文化追求的“天人合一”境界,是中医“阴阳”“五行”音乐治疗观的体现,具体表现为器物层面的天人合一,演奏状态的天人合一,琴律变化的天人合一。中医学对于“五音五行”的理解和运用存在着不断发展的过程,该理论不是简单机械的对应与比附,是传统哲学语境下的自然观、宇宙观在音乐与健康关系中的体现。只有回归“阴阳”“五行”音乐治疗观的传统文化语境,理解这一理论的独特性和历史意义,才能从中挖掘出现代医学价值。
The guqin healthy culture pursuit the state of ’harmony of man with nature’, is the embodiment of music therapy by Chinese medicine ’yin-yang’ and ’five phases’, which embodied man and nature in implement aspect, playing states and changes of temperament. The understanding and application of ’five tones and five phases’ in TCM has a developing process, this theory is not simply correspondence and comparison, but the embodiment of relationship between music and healthy of the view of natural and universal under the context of traditional philosophy. Only returning the context of ’yin-yang’ and ’five phases’ traditional culture, understanding the uniqueness and historical significance of this theory, can excavate the value of modern medicine.
