以“同质化”为导向的规范化培训入科教育模板建立的探索 被引量:9

摘要 目的通过调查与分析浙江大学医学院附属医院住院医师入科教育的现状和存在问题,为全国推广规范化入科教育提供理论依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,从入科教育时长、培训方式,培训内容等方面,通过问卷星对超声科住院医师进行调查,结果采用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。结果共有112名住培学员参与调查,其中男性24名、女性88名。在入科教育需求度方面,投票率超过60%的项目列为必选项目,包括科室介绍、培训计划、出科考核、科室规则制度和医德医风及医患沟通。投票率低于60%的项目列为可选项目,包括医学素养与人文、新老学员经验交流会。结论在规范化入科教育模板的基础上结合“个性化入科教育”是能否将规范化入科教育全面推广的重要因素。 Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo and existing problems of resident enrollment education in the Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine to provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of standardized enrollment education throughout the country.Methods Self-designed questionnaires,in terms of the length of entry education,training methods,training content,etc.,the survey was conducted with the ultrasound resident through the questionnaire star pair,and the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 19.0.Results A total of 112 trainees participated in the survey,including 24 men and 88 women.In terms of the demand for admission to the department of education,items with a voter turnout of more than 60%are listed as mandatory items,including department introduction,training plan,department evaluation,department rules and systems,medical ethics,and doctor-patient communication.Projects with a voter rate of less than 60%are listed as optional projects,including medical literacy and humanities,and experience exchange meetings for new and old students.Conclusion Combining“individualized admissions education”on the basis of standardized admissions education templates is an important factor in whether standardized admissions education can be promoted in an all-round way.
