摘要
目的:观察运用扶阳抑阴法针刺治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:随机选取70例抑郁症患者,采用随机数字表法分为针刺组及对照组各35例,针刺组采用扶阳抑阴法针刺治疗,对照组口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,治疗周期4周。分别观察治疗前后HAMD评分、PSQI评分、5-HT和GABA水平及临床总有效率。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者HAMD评分和PSQI评分均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后与对照组比较,针刺组HAMD评分降低更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗方式均有效,但针刺组总有效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗两组患者5-HT、GABA水平均升高,与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组5-HT、GABA水平相当(P>0.05)。结论:扶阳抑阴法针刺治疗抑郁症临床疗效较好,可减少HAMD评分及PSQI评分,提高5-HT、GABA水平,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuyang Yiyin(supporting Yang and suppressing Yin)acupuncture in the treatment of depression.Methods:A total of 70 patients with depression were randomly divided into the acupuncture group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The acupuncture group was treated with Fuyang Yiyin acupuncture and the control group was treated with Flupentixol-Melitracen Tablet.After four weeks of the treatment,the scores of HAMD and PSQI,the levels of 5-HT and GABA,and the total clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of HAMD and PSQI were significantly decreased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);the decreases of HAMD scores were more significant in the acupuncture group compared to those in the control group(P<0.05).The two treatment methods were effective,and the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of 5-HT and GABA were significantly increased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);however,there were no statistical differences in the levels of 5-HT and GABA between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fuyang Yiyin acupuncture is effective in treating depression.It can reduce the scores of HAMD and PSQI,and it can increase the levels of 5-HT and GABA.The therapy is worthy of promotion.
