摘要
为解决深部特厚煤层巷道围岩易产生大变形问题,以小庄煤矿40307工作面运输巷道为研究对象,通过理论分析、计算,对巷道的支护展开设计研究。结果表明:深部特厚煤层巷道整体受垂直地应力作用,帮部受弯扭矩作用,巷道支护困难;结合40307工作面运输巷道实际情况设计的支护方案将巷道围岩变形控制在20 mm内。
In order to solve the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock of roadway in deep extra-thick coal seam,taking the transportation roadway of 40307 working face in Xiaozhuang Coal Mine as the research object,through theoretical analysis and calculation,the support design of roadway is studied.The results show that the roadway in deep extra thick coal seam is generally affected by vertical crustal stress,and the two sides of the roadway are affected by bending torque,so the roadway support is difficult.Combined with the actual situation of transportation roadway in 40307 working face,the deformation of surrounding rock is controlled within 20 mm.
