摘要
为解决胡家河煤矿402102综放工作面回采过DF14断层期水害防治难题,分析研究了向斜轴部断层水害形成原因。针对断层的发育特征和水害影响特征,总结形成了一套防治水技术体系。通过超前埋管截流、架前顶板支护、断层带超前注浆加固,过断层期间限高开采、波浪式推采、老空水滞后疏导、设置滞后导水水头高差、完善排水系统的综合性防治水措施,成功实现了向斜轴部断层水害防治。工程实践表明,应用该综合技术后,断层附近围岩较为稳定再未出现明显破碎及漏顶现象,顶板淋水基本消失,工作面安全回采得到保障。
In order to solve the problem of water disaster prevention in 402102 fully mechanized caving face of Hujiahe Coal Mine during the period of mining through DF14 fault,the causes of water disaster in syncline axis fault were analyzed.According to the development characteristics of faults and the influence characteristics of water disasters,a set of water prevention and control technology system is formed.Through the comprehensive water prevention and control measures such as advanced buried-pipe closure,roof support in front of support,advanced grouting reinforcement of fault zone,height limiting mining during fault crossing,wave type mining,lagging drainage of old goaf water,setting lagging water head height difference,and improving drainage system,the water disaster prevention and control of syncline axis fault is successfully realized.The engineering practice shows that after the application of the comprehensive technology,the surrounding rock near the fault is relatively stable,there is no obvious breakage and roof leakage phenomenon,the roof water basically disappears,and the safe mining of the working face is guaranteed.
