摘要
北京化工研究院独立开发了一种新型颗粒型丙烯聚合催化剂,该催化剂颗粒形态好,粒径大小均一,表面光洁,催化剂D50为19.8μm,Span值为0.96,分布较窄。小试本体聚合评价显示该催化剂2h活性达83.0kgPP/gcat,堆密度为0.46 g/cm^(3),等规指数98.5%,聚合物细粉和超细粉较少,粒径分布集中在600~850μm之间。该催化剂在连续气相中试装置制备抗冲共聚聚丙烯时同样表现出较高的活性(49.0kgPP/gcat),并且装置运行平稳,第一反应器得到的均聚物等规指数高,最终产品中乙烯单元分布均匀。
Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry(BRICI)independently developed a new type of granular catalyst for propylene polymerization.The catalyst has good particle shape,uniform particle size,smooth surface,D50 of 19.8μm,span value of 0.96 and narrow distribution.The activity of catalyst was 83.0 kg PP/gcat in two hours,the bulk density was 0.46 g/cm^(3),and the isotacticity index was 98.5%.There were few fine and ultra-fine polymer powders,and the particle size distribution was between 600-850μm.The catalyst also showed high activity(49.0 kgPP/gcat)in the continuous gas phase pilot plant for the preparation of impact copolymer polypropylene,and the plant operated smoothly.The isotactic index of the homopolymer obtained in the first reactor was high,and the ethylene units in the final product were evenly distributed.
