强夯法在顺北五号联地基加固中的应用及效果评价 被引量:4

摘要 为检验强夯法在沙漠地基加固中的应用效果,根据顺北五号联合站地面工程地质条件、工程地基处理要求及试夯工艺参数,确定了强夯夯击能、夯点布置、夯点间距、夯击遍数、夯击数等关键强夯施工参数,并采用浅层平板试验以及重型动力触探试验对夯后地基处理效果进行评价。试验结果表明:强夯后地基承载力特征值fak≥180 kPa,承载力提升12%~25%以上,地基变形模量E0≥15 MPa,符合设计要求;动探击数提升约4击/10 cm,动探击数离散性较小,表明处理后的地基均匀性较好,地基密实度大大提升,加固效果良好。 In order to test the application effect of dynamic compaction method in desert foundation reinforcement,according to the geological conditions of the ground engineering of Shunbei No.5 joint station,the requirements for foundation treatment and the trial compaction process parameters,the key dynamic compaction parameters such as dynamic compaction energy,tamping point arrangement,tamping point spacing,tamping times and tamping number are determined.The shallow plate test and heavy dynamic penetration test are used to evaluate the effect of foundation treatment after compaction.The test results show that the characteristic value of ground bearing capacity fak≥180 kPa after dynamic compaction,the bearing capacity increased by more than 12%~25%,and the foundation deformation modulus E0≥15 MPa,which meets the design requirements.The dynamic penetration number is in-creased by about 4 hits/10 cm,and the dispersion of dynamic penetration number is small,which indi-cates that the treated foundation has good uniformity,the compactness of the foundation is greatly im-proved,and the reinforcement effect is good.
