摘要
开展校企、校事合作,构建医学院校管理类专业校企事协同育人模式,是新时代医学院校培养适应医药卫生行业管理类人才需要的重要途径。而建立校企事协同育人机制是保障校企事协同育人模式中各方育人主体协同育人的关键。积极探索管理类专业校企事协同育人机制,应建立校企事三方利益共享机制、校企事三方优势互补机制、校企事协同育人政策保障机制和校企事协同育人绩效考核评价机制,为校企事协同育人实践工作取得良好成效保驾护航。
Carrying out university-enterprise and universityinstitution cooperation,and building a university-enterpriseinstitution cooperative education model for management majors in medical colleges and universities is an important way for medical colleges and universities to train management talents meeting the needs of the medical and health industry in the new era.The establishment of a university-enterprise-institution cooperative education mechanism is the key to guarantee the cooperative education of all parties in the model.To actively explore the university-enterprise-institution cooperative education mechanism,it is necessary to establish a tripartite benefit-sharing mechanism,a tripartite complementarity mechanism,a policy guarantee mechanism,and a collaborative education performance assessment and appraisal system,for the three parties,so as to ensure that the practice of university-enterprise-institution cooperative education can achieve good results.
