河钢唐钢新区数字化绿色智能工厂的设计与实施 被引量:33

摘要 河钢唐钢新区是河北省钢铁企业转型升级、结构调整的示范工程,是河钢集团全力推动高质量发展的行动体现。项目以“绿色化、智能化、品牌化”为建设目标,通过对全流程进行解析与集成,科学匹配工序单元,采用最先进的流程界面技术,实现钢厂“动态-有序”、“协同-连续”的精准设计;实施三维数字化设计,通过能量流与物质流高效耦合,将数字化信息流贯穿于钢铁生产全流程,实现信息化系统与物理系统融合设计;通过采用最先进的能源环保技术和设施,实现行业最严排放标准和最高的能源利用效率,全力打造流程型数字化绿色智能工厂。 HBIS Group Tangsteel new district is the demonstration project of transformation,upgrading and structural adjustment of iron and steel enterprises in Hebei province,which is the embodiment of HBIS Group's efforts to promote high quality development.With the construction goal of"green,intelligent and brand",the project realize the steel plant's precise design of"dynamic-order"and"coordination-continuity"by means of analyzing and integrating the whole process,matching of process units scientifically and adopting the most advanced process interface technology.In addition,the project implements 3D digital design,applies digital information flow to the whole iron and steel production process by efficient coupling of energy flow and materials flow,in order to realize the integration designing of information system and physical system.Through adopting the most advanced energy and environmental protection technology and facilities,we achieve the strictest emission standards and the highest energy efficiency in the industry,and strive to build a process-oriented digital green intelligent factory.
