摘要
为实现舵机系统小型高可靠度的开发目的,设计了一种基于STM32单片机为控制核心,无刷直流电机为动力源,磁编码器为信息反馈传感器的电动舵机控制系统,分析了系统构成及各模块的工作原理。利用Simulink搭建系统仿真模型,对各组成模块进行建模分析与仿真研究。结果表明,该系统具有响应快、超调量低、跟踪精度高等优点。
In order to realize the development purpose of small and high reliability of the steering gear system,an electric steering gear control system is designed based on STM32 single chip microcomputer as the control core,brushless DC motor as the power source,and magnetic encoder as the information feedback sensor.The composition of the system and the working principle of each module are analyzed.Simulink is used to build the system simulation model,and the modeling analysis and simulation research of each component module are carried out.The results show that the system has the advantages of fast response,low overshoot and high tracking accuracy.
