摘要
经济的飞速进步使得我国的综合国力有了质的飞跃,各项事业也在稳步地提升和开展。值得一提的是,灭火救援行动在保护人民财产安全、生命健康的环节发挥了重要作用。消防救援机构始终坚持和致力于火灾事故处理、监督社会中存在的火灾隐患,保障居民生活用火安全,为社会大众普及消防安全知识。消防救援机构的工作职责与人民生活密不可分,是促进国家实力和服务能力的利器。文章旨在研究灭火救援行动中出现的安全问题,通过讨论和思考以期提升我国消防能力现代化建设策略。
The rapid progress of the economy has led to a qualitative leap in China’s comprehensive national power,and various undertakings are being steadily upgraded and carried out.It is worth mentioning that the firefighting and rescue operations have played an important role in protecting people’s property safety and life and health.Fire and rescue departments have always been persistent and committed to fire accident handling,supervising the existence of fire hazards in the society,ensuring the safety of fire in residents’lives and popularizing fire safety knowledge for the public.The work responsibilities of fire and rescue departments are inseparable from people’s lives and are a powerful tool to promote national strength and service capability.The purpose of this paper is to study the safety problems arising in firefighting and rescue operations,and to discuss and reflect on them with a view to enhancing the modernization and construction strategies of China’s firefighting capabilities.
