摘要
为保证聚合物改性沥青质量、准确判别SBS、SBR改性剂的掺量,基于二者在有机溶剂正庚烷中的不同溶解性,先得到标准样品正庚烷悬浊液过滤后的滤液和滤渣,再分别计算其中基质沥青与改性剂红外特征峰峰面积比值,建立与改性剂中SBR占比的线性关系方程,再将待测样品的特征峰峰面积比值代入方程,得到SBR占比以及SBS和SBR各自掺量。结果表明,改性沥青中SBR占改性剂总量的比值与改性沥青正庚烷滤液或滤渣的红外特征峰峰面积比值存在线性关系;滤液法和滤渣法中,线性关系方程的决定系数均大于0.98;盲样的掺量检测值与实际值误差在10%以内;滤液和滤渣红外光谱法均具备良好的定量准确性。
In order to ensure the quality of polymer modified asphalt and accurately determine the contents of SBS and SBR,based on their different solubility in n-heptane,the filtered filtrate and residue of standard modified asphalt samples in n-heptane suspension were obtained,and the ratio of infrared characteristic peak areas of matrix asphalt and modifier was calculated respectively,and its linear relationship with the proportion of SBR in modifier was then established which was used to calculate the proportion of SBR in the sample to be tested and then the respective contents of SBR and SBS.The results confirm a linear relationship between the proportion of SBR in modifier and the ratio of infrared characteristic peak areas of n-heptane filtrate or residue;the determination coefficients of linear equations are greater than 0.98 in both methods;the errors between test result and actual value of blind sample are within 10%;the infrared spectrum methods of filtrate and residue used in this paper have good quantitative accuracy.
