摘要 由于镀镍层具有很好的硬度,具有耐磨的特性,表面比较均匀,因此化学镀镍已在各个行业得到广泛的应用。化学镀镍利用氧化还原反应机理,产生电化学反应,从而将金属镍沉积到物体表面,形成镍镀层。化学镀镍会使用氧化剂、还原剂、缓冲剂、添加剂等化学药品。化学镀镍过程产生的废水成分比较复杂,包含了重金属镍(一类污染物因子)、总磷、总氮、有机物等污染。因此,针对化学镀镍行业废水处理,急需一套切实可行的处理方法。本文主要阐述了化学镀镍废水治理的具体办法,可为化学镀镍工艺产生的废水治理过程提供一些参考。 Because the nickel-plated layer has good hardness,wear-resistant characteristics,and the surface is relatively uniform,electroless nickel plating has been widely used in various industries.Electroless nickel plating uses an oxidation-reduction reaction mechanism to produce an electrochemical reaction,thereby depositing metallic nickel on the surface of the object to form a nickel plating layer.Electroless nickel plating uses chemicals such as oxidizers,reducing agents,buffers,and additives.The composition of the wastewater produced by the electroless nickel plating process is relatively complex,including heavy metal nickel(a type of pollutant factor),total phosphorus,total nitrogen,organic matter and other pollution.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a set of practical treatment methods for wastewater treatment in the electroless nickel plating industry.This article mainly describes the specifi c methods of chemical nickel wastewater treatment,which can provide some reference opinions for the wastewater treatment process produced by the electroless nickel plating process.
