摘要
某市有大量食品加工企业,主要生产淀粉、肉制品、水产品、肉制品、酱菜等。此类食品废水含有淀粉、蛋白质、油脂、糖类、盐分、保水剂、食品乳化剂、食品防腐剂等,由于企业多,废水量大,废水需要经过处理后才能排放,避免对环境水体、土壤、空气造成污染。食品废水根据生产原料和工艺不同,水质也各有差别。食品加工废水的处理需要根据污染物质的不同选择适合的工艺,最终实现经济合理、操作简便、出水稳定的目的。企业通过合理有效地处理废水,不仅有利于环境保护,而且可以提升企业的环境效益和促进企业的健康发展。
There are a large number of food processing enterprises in a city,mainly producing starch,meat products,aquatic products,meat products,pickles and so on.This kind of food wastewater contains starch,protein,oil,sugar,salt,water retaining agent,food emulsifier,food preservatives and so on.Due to the large amount of wastewater from enterprises,the wastewater can only be discharged after treatment,so as to avoid the pollution of environmental water,soil and air.According to different raw materials and processes,the quality of food wastewater varies.The treatment of food processing wastewater needs to choose the appropriate process according to the different pollutants,so as to achieve the goal of economic application,simple operation and stable effl uent.Through the reasonable and effective treatment of wastewater,enterprises not only benefi t the environmental protection,but also enhance the environmental benefi ts and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
