摘要
利用乳液聚合共聚法制备了一种新型破乳剂DW1,并对其进行了FT-IR、GPC、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等结构表征以及粒径分析。以新疆污油泥为目标处理物,进行以DW1为破乳体系的破乳处理实验,并用扫描电镜对处理前后的污油泥颗粒进行对比分析。结果表明,合成的破乳剂DW1的重均相对分子质量(M_(w))为13.9×10^(5),数均相对分子质量(M_(n))为8×10^(5)。相对分子质量分布指数为1.73,D_(50)为26.00μm,平均粒径为25.00μm,粒径分布不均匀,但DW1的稳定性较好。破乳处理污油泥实验表明,DW1对新疆某油田污油泥的除油率可达到99.55%。
A demulsifier DW1 was prepared by emulsion copolymerization.The demulsifier DW1 was characterized by FT-IR,GPC,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and particle size analysis.The demulsification experiment using DW1 as demulsification system was carried out with Xinjiang sludge as the target treatment object,and the sludge before and after treatment was analyzed by sem.The results showed that the synthetic demulsifier DW1 had M_(w) of 13.9×10^(5) and M_(n) of 8×10^(5),molecular weight distribution index of 1.73,D_(50) of 26.00µm,average particle size of 25.00µm,non-uniform particle size distribution,and good stability of DW1.The demulsification experiment shows that the oil removal rate of DW1 on a Xinjiang oil field can reach 99.55%.
