基于RecurDyn的澳洲坚果破壳装置最低转速的求解与验证 被引量:2

摘要 为求解基于V型双通道澳洲坚果破壳装置的工作最低转速,运用RecurDyn软件对破壳装置破壳过程模拟,分析不同工作转速下最低破壳剪切力大小及刀片、果壳破壳过程中应力变化规律。研究结果表明,破壳装置刀盘轴转速为250 r/min时,刀片与澳洲坚果相互作用的剪切力为1107.21 N,产生的应力大于果壳强度极限。试制澳洲坚果破壳装置样机并以刀盘轴转速为100~500 r/min进行破壳试验。试验结果表明刀盘轴转速为250~500 r/min时破壳装置破壳率为92.6%~96.74%,破壳装置破壳效果与仿真结果基本一致,能够有效完成澳洲坚果破壳作业。 In order to solve the minimum rotational speed of the V-type dual-channel macadamia nut shell-breaking device,RecurDyn software was used to simulate the shell-breaking process and analyze the minimum value of the shear force,the stress change rule of the blade,and the shell during the process of shell-breaking at different rotational speeds of the shell-breaking device.The results showed that when the rotational speed of the blade shaft of the shell-breaking device was 250 r/min,the shear force between the blade and macadamia nut was 1107.21 N,and the resulting stress was greater than the strength limit of the nut shell.The macadamia nut shell-breaking device prototype was tested in the cutter shaft speed range of 100-500 r/min.The test results showed that the hull breaking rate of the device was 92.6%-96.74%at the speed of 250-500 r/min.The hull breaking effect of the device was consistent with the simulation results and can effectively complete the hull breaking operation of macadamia nuts.
