摘要
分布式光伏的并网和利用是应对当前能源和环境危机的重要方式,高比例分布式光伏接入所导致的电压越限是制约配电网接纳分布式光伏的重要因素之一。以提高配电网对分布式光伏的接纳量为首要目标,考虑多电压等级配电网的配合,提出利用中压主动配电网的调控能力,通过中低压配电网的相互影响缓解低压配电网调压手段缺乏,提升低压配电网接纳分布式光伏能力的方法:首先考虑配电网中分布式光伏和负荷出力的时序性,根据季节和天气构建12种场景,对配电网进行一年的时序全过程模拟。然后建立10 kV中压主动配电网优化运行模型和380 V辐射型低压配电网分布式光伏选址定容模型。仿真结果表明所提方法可以提高低压配电网接纳分布式光伏的能力。除此之外,进一步分析了分布式光伏接入和调压对中压主动配电网电压的影响,以及低压配电网中负荷对接纳分布式光伏和调压方式的影响。
Grid-connection and utilization of distributed photovoltaic(abbr.PV)power are important ways to cope with present risks in energy source and environment,and the voltage out-of-limit caused by grid-connection of high-proportioned distributed PV power is one of the important factors restricting the ability of distribution network to accept distributed PV power.Taking enhancing the ability of distribution network to accept distributed PV power as the primary objective and considering the coordination among multi-voltage levels in distribution network,a method was proposed,which utilized the regulation and control ability of medium-voltage active distribution network and alleviated the absence of voltage regulation means via the mutual influence between medium-voltage and low-voltage distribution networks and promoted the ability of low-voltage distribution network to accept the distributed PV power.Firstly,considering time-sequence of the output of distributed PV power and load in distribution network and according to the season and weather,twelve scenarios were constructed to carry out time-sequence overall process simulation of a whole year.Secondly,an optimized operation model of 10 kV medium-voltage active distribution network and a site selecting and capacity determining model for distributed PV power in 380 V radial low-voltage distribution network were established.Simulation results show that using the proposed method the ability of low-voltage distribution network to accept distributed PV power can be enhance.Besides,the influence of grid-connection and voltage regulation of distributed PV power on the voltage of medium-voltage active distribution network and the influence of the load in low-voltage distribution network on accepting distributed PV power and voltage regulation modes are further analyzed.
