摘要
工匠精神的主要内涵是严谨、专注、坚持、精益求精、一丝不苟。应用型本科高校的实践实训教学中应该植入工匠精神。工匠精神的植入对于高校开展工程素质教育有着助力作用,使得金工实训课程安排更加完善。以培养创新能力为导向的金工实训课程,各个课程环节均需要工匠精神来构建。工匠精神的植入,能够促进我国应用型本科实践教学的长久发展,同时为我国从"制造大国"到"智造强国"的转变,输送更多具有较强综合工程素质的应用型人才。
The main connotation of the craftsman spirit is rigorous,dedicated,persistent,striving for perfection,and meticulous.The craftsmanship spirit should be implanted in the practical training teaching of applied undergraduate colleges and universities.The implantation of the spirit of craftsmanship is helpful to the development of engineering quality education in colleges and universities,and makes the arrangement of metalworking training courses more perfect.In the metalworking training course oriented to cultivate innovation ability,each course link needs the spirit of craftsman to construct.The implantation of the craftsman spirit can promote the long-term development of China's applied undergraduate practical teaching,and at the same time,for China's transformation from a"manufacturing country"to"intelligence building a strong country",more application-oriented talents with strong comprehensive engineering qualities can be sent.
