新疆褐牛不同杂交组合生长曲线拟合分析 被引量:6

摘要 为探讨新疆褐牛不同杂交组合生长发育规律,筛选适宜本地区推广的杂交组合,为新疆褐牛的育种工作提供可靠的科学理论依据,测定了美系褐牛与新疆褐牛杂交牛(MXH)、德系褐牛与新疆褐牛杂交牛(DXH)、加系褐牛与新疆褐牛杂交牛(JXH)0、6、12、18、24月龄的体尺和体重并进行生长曲线拟合分析。结果表明,24月龄MXH的体重极显著高于DXH和JXH(P<0.01),6月龄、12月龄和18月龄的体高显著高于DXH和JXH(P<0.05),6月龄和18月龄MXH的体斜长显著大于JXH(P<0.05);Logistic模型对体重和体尺的拟合效果较佳,拟合度均大于0.95,生长曲线拟合表明MXH的体重、体高和胸围的生长发育要优于JXH和DHX。可以得出,MXH杂交组合在该地区能表现出较高的生产性能,具有较高的推广应用价值。 To explore the growth and development laws different cross combinations of Xinjiang brown cattle,and screen the cross combinations suitable for popularization in the area,and provide a highly reliable theoretical basis for scientific breeding of Xinjiang brown cattle.Determination of American brown cattle and Xinjiang brown cattle(MXH),German brown cattle and Xinjiang brown cattle(DXH),Canadian brown cattle and Xinjiang brown cattle(JXH)0 months,6 months and 12 months,18-month-old,24-month-old body size and weight,and perform growth curve fitting analysis.The results showed that the body weight of MXH was extremely significantly higher than DXH and JXH at 24 months(P<0.01),and the body heights were significantly higher than DXH and JXH at 6 months,12 months and 18 months(P<0.05).The body slant length of MXH was significantly larger than that of JXH at the age of 6 months and 18 months(P<0.05);the logistic model had a better fitting effect on body weight and body size,and the fit was more than 0.95.The growth curve fitting showed that the weight of MXH the growth and development of body height and bust circumference were better than JXH and DHX.The MXH hybrid combination can show higher production performance in this area and had higher promotion and application value.
