摘要
目的建立气相色谱法测定洛索洛芬钠中丙酮、甲醇、二氯甲烷、异丙醇、乙腈、三氯甲烷和甲苯7种有机溶剂残留量。方法采用Thermo TG WAXMS气相色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm);FID检测器;进样口温度为220℃,检测器温度为260℃;载气为氮气,载气流速为2 mL·min^(-1)。采用程序升温法:起始温度为40℃,保持10 min,以20℃·min^(-1)的速率升温至200℃,保持5 min。结果7种残留溶剂在各自浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r>0.999);平均回收率在97.6%~103.5%,RSD在1.7%~2.7%。结论本法操作简单、准确度高、重现性好,可用于洛索洛芬钠中7种有机溶剂残留量的测定。
Objective To determine the 7 residual solvents(acetone,methanol,dichloromethane,isopropanol,acetonitrile,trichloromethane,and toluene)in loxoprofen sodium by GC.Methods The determination was performed on a Thermo TG WAXMS capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)under programmed temperature.FID was used,the inlet temperature was 220℃and the detector temperature was 260℃.The nitrogen was used as the carrier gas and the flow rate of the carrier gas was 2 mL·min^(-1).The column temperature was as follows:the starting temperature at 40℃for 10 min,increased to 200℃at the rate of 20℃·min^(-1) and kept at 200℃for 5 min.Results The 7 residual solvents had a good linearity in their respective concentration ranges(r>0.999).The average recovery rates were 97.6%~103.5%,with RSD of 1.7%~2.7%.Conclusion The established method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the determination of the 7 residual solvents in loxoprofen sodium.
