基于矿业遗迹和地质遗迹开发的资源型城市绿色发展设计:以平顶山市为例 被引量:1

摘要 我国煤炭资源长期大规模的开采与利用,使得煤炭资源型城市具有经济粗放式增长、环境污染严重、治理成本高、煤炭资源濒临枯竭等特点。本文以我国第一个自主勘探设计和自主开发的大型煤炭基地平顶山市为例,充分挖掘该地区矿业遗迹资源、地质遗迹资源和地热资源,通过开展平顶山市绿色矿业城市生态涵养带、绿色矿业发展示范区、地质文化产业园、绿色矿业发展国际交流中心专题研究,探索破解资源型城市转型发展困局的新模式,将平顶山市打造成集能源、绿色、生态、旅游于一体的国家绿色矿业发展示范区和国际一流的绿色资源型城市,打造成全国资源型城市生态文明建设的样板区,为我国资源型城市转型发展提供新的思路和方向。 The long-term large-scale exploitation and utilization of coal resources in China make the coal resource-based cities have the characteristics of extensive economic growth,serious environmental pollution,high governance costs,coal resources on the verge of exhaustion and so on.Taking Pingdingshan city,the first large-scale coal base with independent exploration,design and development in China,as an example,this paper fully excavates the mining heritage,the geological relic resources and geothermal resources in this area.Through monographic study of the ecological conservation belt,green mining development demonstration area,geological culture industrial park,green mining development international exchange center in Pingdingshan city,exploring new models to solve the difficulties in the transformation and development of resource-based cities.The city will be built into a national green mining development demonstration area and an international first-class green mining city integrating energy,green,ecology and tourism.This area will be built into a model area for the ecological civilization construction of resource-based cities in China,providing new ideas and directions for the transformation and development of resource-based cities in China.
