神东矿区深部多次采动巷道稳定性影响规律与协调控制研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了揭示上覆遗留煤柱底板应力和下伏煤层开采扰动叠加作用下的巷道围岩稳定性影响规律,以神东布尔台矿二盘区42煤42202辅运巷为工程背景,采用理论计算、数值模拟等手段,验证了上覆呈T形分布的遗留煤柱对下伏煤层回采巷道的扰动范围约为170m,在此基础上间隔30~35m布置7个分析测站,并进一步模拟分析了受多次采动影响的巷道围岩应力、超前支承压力、围岩塑性区的时空演化过程。基于此提出了水力压裂卸压、长距离支架超前支护、巷道两帮非对称补强支护的一体化协调控制方案,现场应用取得良好效果。 In order to reveal the influence law of roadway surrounding rock stability under the superimposed action of the overlying residual coal pillar floor stress and the underlying coal seam mining disturbance,the 42202 auxiliary transportation lane of 42 coal in the second panel of Shendong’s Buertai Mine is taken as the engineering background,and theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and other methods are used to verify that the disturbance range of the overlying T-shaped residual coal pillar on the mining roadway of the underlying coal seam is about 170 m.On this basis,seven analysis stations are arranged at the interval of 30~35 m,and the temporal and spatial evolution process of surrounding rock stress,advance abutment pressure and surrounding rock plastic zone affected by multiple mining are simulated and analyzed.Based on this,an integrated coordinated control scheme is proposed for the roadway,comprising hydraulic fracturing pressure relief,advance long-distance support,and two-side asymmetric reinforcement support,which has achieved favorable results in field application.
